Robert Becka
In 2008, Robert Becka graduated from Saint Cloud State University with Bachelor's degrees in Film Studies and Journalism. His senior paper was on vampires in pop culture (particularly film) and their relation to the vampire subcultures of the United States and the United Kingdom.
Despite these fields of study, Rob spent most of his college career at UTVS Television, where he was head writer and host of the Regional Emmy-nominated comedy news program, Americans Anonymous. He also served as a segment producer, writer, and occasional host for the film-related program, Back to the Movies. In between episodes, Rob wrote film reviews and film-related articles for the University Chronicle.
When not writing, Rob works as a commercial producer for a local television station, and does occasional work as a freelance video producer (winning the "LOL Award" for funniest travel video of 2008 and having his videos featured multiple times as a part of the "Best of Tripfilms" feature on Tripfilms.com), and wears pants.
